Apply for a place at Cuthbert's Cubs Pre-school

To apply for a place, the 'Place Application Form' must be returned to the school office. (See below)

Once you have submitted your 'Place Application Form' and a place has been confirmed, you will be asked to complete our more detailed 'Admission Data Collection Form' and complete a declaration as to the free (FEEE) childcare sessions you intend to use each term.

Before a place is confirmed we will need to see your child's birth certificate and proof of address.

We will contact you if we are full to advise that your child has been placed on a waiting list.
